# Amazon Ads – Consentmo Integration

## What this integration does

When someone visits your store and accepts or rejects **Marketing** cookies through your Consentmo banner, we automatically send that choice to **Amazon Ads**.

This helps Amazon know whether it may use cookies or personal data for advertising and optimisation—keeping your setup GDPR-compliant.

**No coding. No IDs needed. Just toggle it on.**

# How it works (simple explanation)

1. A visitor makes a consent choice on your banner.

2. Consentmo records it.

3. We pass an “allowed” or “not allowed” signal to Amazon Ads.

4. Amazon uses that signal to decide whether it can run tracking or personalized ads.

Everything happens automatically in the background.

# How to enable it

1. Go to **Consentmo Admin → Settings → Integrations**.

2. Find **Amazon Ads Integration**.

3. **Enable** the integration

Consentmo will detect your existing Amazon Ads tag (`amzn.js`) and send consent information automatically.
