How can I add a custom email sender for my Compliance pages' request emails?

This feature is available under the Design tab > Email Template Settings field. Check the below reference:

This option is only available for the merchants that have upgraded to either a Plus or Enterprise plan.

If you want to upgrade to a plan that includes this feature, click on the Other Settings tab > Upgrade Plan and follow the steps there. You will also get access to other premium features!
