How to add/show the description, provider, and duration of the cookies?
There are now dedicated fields for description, duration, and provider you can add for each cookie through the Cookie Bar tab > Cookies Management section > Cookie Information Panel.
Once you save this, it will show in the Preferences popup under the respective category like this:
For all this to be available on the front end, you need to make sure that the option for Display Cookie information in the Cookie Information Panel is set to Yes.
In order to find out the exact duration of each cookie, you can use services like: the Chrome dev tools, Chrome EditThisCookie extension, or other specific services which make this check. We came across this service www.cookieserve.com which gives the exact duration of the cookies, not the expiration date as the other methods do. You can make a check for your store and add the data about it in the cookie's description fields in the app.
On our end, we can confirm that we set two cookies: cookieconsent_status and cookieconsent_preferences_disabled which both have a duration of 1 year.
