To access this section, go to:

**Shopify Admin** → **Apps** → **Consentmo GDPR** → **Analytics & Reports**

# Analytics and Reports Tabs

The **Analytics & Reports** section is now divided into two main tabs:

* **Analytics** – View cookie banner performance, visitor behavior, Web Accessibility usage, and A/B testing results.
* **Reports** – View consent records, customer data requests, and EU withdrawal requests.

---

# Analytics Tab

The **Analytics** tab contains the following sections:

* **Cookie banner**
* **Web accessibility**
* **A/B testing**

# Cookie Banner Metrics Overview

The **Cookie banner** section provides an overview of how visitors interact with your consent banner.

| Metric | Description |
| ---- | ---- |
| **Banner displays** | The number of times the cookie banner was displayed to visitors. |
| **Interaction rate** | The percentage of visitors who interacted with the banner by accepting, rejecting, or partially accepting cookies. |
| **Ignored rate** | The percentage of visitors who saw the banner but did not interact with it. |

# Customize Your Dashboard

You can customize the Cookie Banner analytics dashboard to display only the metrics and reports that are most relevant to your business.

**Reset the Dashboard Layout**

If you want to restore the default dashboard layout at any time:

1. Open **Customize layout**.
2. Click **Reset**.
3. Click **Save** to restore the default widget layout.

Use the Reset option if you'd like to quickly revert your customizations and display all default analytics sections again.
