Standard period for showing the cookie banner again

The default period for which the consent is kept by the app is 12 months from the date of collection.

After 12 months, these records are automatically deleted from our database. We implement this retention limit to minimize how long we hold personal data, in line with privacy regulations and best practices.

For example, if a customer’s consent was recorded on January 1, 2025, that record will be purged around January 1, 2026.

Custom period for showing the cookie banner again

In the app settings, you have the option to change the period for showing the cookie banner again for your visitors.

The options can be set by following these steps:

Go to the Consent banner tab

Open the Behavior tab

Scroll down to the Interaction and display controls options

There you will see a section called "Consent will be asked again in"

Set the period, in days, for which the consent will be kept for the visitors and after which they will be shown the cookie banner again.

The period can be between 1 and 400 days
