How to get Support?
Navigate to the Pricing & Integrations tab > Diagnose site section, there you have the option to Contact our Support team, by clicking the Diagnose my site, Chat Icon or you can also click the Frequently Ask Questions page of our app, as shown below:
You will also notice the Chat icon chat visible in the bottom right section whenever you navigate to our app settings if one of our support specialists is available. To know more about the schedule availability of our Live Chat, you can click the Support Policy page.
