Understanding the Dashboard Layout in the Consentmo GDPR App
Consentmo Dashboard Overview
The Consentmo Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your store's cookie consent health, accessibility setup, banner performance, and recommended actions.
From here, you can identify configuration issues, access important features, review analytics, and stay informed about the latest Consentmo updates.
Dashboard Overview
When you open Consentmo, the Dashboard displays your current subscription plan at the top, along with an overview of your store's privacy and accessibility status.
The top navigation also provides access to:
- Search: Quickly find features and settings within Consentmo.
- Help: Access assistance and support resources.
- Language selector: Choose your preferred interface language.
- Pricing: Review available subscription plans.
The left-hand navigation provides access to the Cookie Banner, Monitoring & Trackers, Privacy Center, Web Accessibility, Analytics & Reports, Settings, and Integrations.
Cookie Consent Health
The Cookie Consent Health card provides an overview of your store's consent configuration and highlights issues that may need attention.
It includes:
- Health Score (0–100): A score reflecting your store's current consent and privacy configuration.
- Issues Found: The number of identified issues requiring attention.
- Issue Details: Expand individual warnings to review the areas that need attention.
- Banner Visibility: Shows the region and consent mode where the banner is visible, such as Europe (TCF 2.4 mode).
- Smart Geotargeting: Displays whether automatic region-based consent configuration is enabled or disabled.
Click Review compliance to access your compliance review and explore the issues affecting your store's setup.
This section helps you identify missing configurations without having to check each feature individually.
Web Accessibility
The Web Accessibility card shows the current status of your store's accessibility features.
It includes three important checks:
- App Embed: Confirms whether the Consentmo app embed is enabled.
- Web Accessibility Widget: Shows whether the accessibility widget is active or disabled. If disabled, you can use the Enable button to activate it.
- Web Accessibility Statement: Indicates whether an accessibility statement has been generated for your store.
A status indicator at the top highlights when additional setup is needed.
Use this section to quickly identify missing accessibility configurations and access the relevant setup options.
Banner Analytics
The Banner Analytics section provides a quick overview of how visitors interact with your cookie banner.
It includes three key metrics:
Metric | Description |
|---|---|
Banner displays | The number of times the cookie banner was displayed to visitors during the selected period. |
Interaction rate | The percentage of banner displays that resulted in visitor interaction. |
Ignored rate | The percentage of banner displays that received no visitor interaction. |
These metrics help you understand whether visitors are engaging with your cookie banner or ignoring it.
Date Range and Reports
In the upper-right corner of the Banner Analytics section, you can:
- Select a date range: View statistics for a selected reporting period, such as the last 7 days.
- View report: Open the detailed analytics report for additional insights into banner performance.
The Dashboard displays summary metrics, while the full report provides access to more detailed information.
What's New
The What's New section keeps you informed about Consentmo's latest features, improvements, and product updates.
Updates appear in horizontally scrollable cards containing:
- Feature or update title
- Status label, such as New or Update
- Short description explaining what changed
- Action button linking to the relevant feature
Click View all releases to explore the complete list of product updates.
Free Expert Compliance Review
At the bottom of the Dashboard, you'll find an option to request a free expert compliance review.
A Consentmo specialist can review your cookie banner configuration for your enabled regions, identify potential compliance gaps, and walk you through recommended improvements.
Click Request a review to get started.
This option is particularly useful when setting up Consentmo for the first time or reviewing your store's existing privacy configuration.
