Custom integration scripts for Consentmo GDPR app
There are many services throughout the Shopify App Store and in the World Wide Web as a whole that you may have integrated into your store, which may be collecting and processing data for your visitors.
In order to get control over these services and set them in a way to collect this data only upon consent given via the Cookie bar in your store, you can reach our Support Team directly at apps-support@consentmo.com.
There are many of these services which we are familiar with and have ready solutions for integration with our app, however, if you are not able to find any information on the service you are currently using to track and collect data in any of our documentation, it is best to check this with our team first.
Once your inquiry is submitted, we will be able to review the possibility and your options for integration with this service and also if needed our technical team can come up with a solution via a custom script which you can use in such cases and maintain your compliance using our app and continue tracking the data in the store when allowed.
Note that not every service which is reported and inquired about is reviewed in detail by our support team as this also depends on the number of requests we have for integration with a given service and also the popularity of it as well.
You should also keep in mind that in case such a custom integration is made, we would most probably need to get access to some of the sections of your store, like Theme files, Pages, Apps and if needed, other settings as well.
