If you need the cookie banner to show in the store with a delay and not disturb the sessions of the visitors right away, you can check how this can be set in the app settings below.

Where is the option located?

You can find the option to set the delay time for the cookie banner by:

Going to the Consent banner tab

Opening the Behavior section

Scrolling down to the Interaction and display controls

And in the Banner delay section, set the delay time in milliseconds. (1 second = 1000 miliseconds)

Additional information

The delay that is set in the app settings is counted after the script of the app is loaded in the store.

In case you need to disable the delay, simply set the miliseconds value back to 0

The option to Delay the cookie bar is available only for the Plus and Enterprise plans
