Tracking the Policy Acceptance in your store
If you want to check how many visitors accept or reject the specific Cookie Groups from the Preference popup of the Cookie bar, you can navigate to the Consent Log tab > Policy Acceptance section, as shown below:
Note: If your visitor interacts with the Cookie Bar and does not have an account or is not logged in, they will appear as Guest customers in the E-mail column.
There is also an option in the tab to Export the data for a certain period of time. The feature is fully available for the Plus and Enterprise plans users.
Standard plan users have the option to:
Filter - only for the past 7 days and the past 365 days
Export - only for the past 7 days and the past 365 days
Free plan users have the option to:
Filter - only for the past 7 days and the past 365 days
Export - only the data for the past 7 days
