Disable the Cookie bar in Theme Editor
We understand the need for a clean workspace while customizing your theme. To enhance your experience, we've introduced an option that lets you easily disable the cookie bar in the theme editor.
Navigate to the App Settings:
Start by opening your Shopify dashboard and going to the app settings for the Consentmo GDPR app.
Within the app settings, find the Cookie Bar tab. This is where all configurations related to the cookie bar are managed.
Access the Cookie Bar Behavior section:
Click on the Cookie Bar Behavior section. Here, you’ll find various options to customize how the cookie bar behaves on your store.
Disable the Cookie Bar:
In the Cookie Bar Behavior section, you’ll see an option to Disable the Cookie Bar in the theme editor.
In order for the Cookie bar to be turned off in the editor, this needs to be set to Yes, as shown below.
After setting the option to Yes, the cookie bar will no longer appear in the theme editor, allowing you a clear view and hassle-free editing experience.
Remember: This feature is specifically designed to aid in theme customization. Please do not disable the cookie bar from the App Embed option for our app, as this will disable it on the store front as well.
