Filtering and Exporting the Data Subjects Request

In case you want to filter the request made based on the specific Compliance page in your store, you can navigate to the Consent Log tab > Data Subjects Request section, as shown below:



There, you will have the option to see the requests being made from each Compliance page you generate from our app.

Note: This feature is available to all our paid plan users, such as Standard, Plus, and Enterprise.

If you want to export the Data Subjects Request data, you can navigate to the Consent Log tab > Data Subjects Requests section > Export button, as shown below:



There, you can export the file in CSV, XLSX, or ODS format.

If you’re running our Plus and Enterprise plans, you will also have the option to filter the Data Subjects Request for a custom time frame, and generate the report for Specific Dates, as you can see in the image below:



Standard plan users have the option to:
Filter - only for the past 7 days and the past 365 days
Export - only for the past 7 days and the past 365 days

Free plan users have the option to:
Filter - only for the past 7 days and the past 365 days
Export - only the data for the past 7 days (No option for the specific compliance page filter in this section.)
