Analytics and Reports Tabs

The Analytics & Reports section is now divided into two main tabs:

  • Analytics – View cookie banner performance, visitor behavior, Web Accessibility usage, and A/B testing results.
  • Reports – View consent records, customer data requests, and EU withdrawal requests.

Analytics Tab

The Analytics tab contains the following sections:

  • Cookie banner
  • Web accessibility
  • A/B testing

The Cookie banner section provides an overview of how visitors interact with your consent banner.

Interaction rate

Rejected rate

Partially accepted rate

📌 Note: A high Ignored rate may indicate that visitors are leaving the page before making a consent choice or choosing not to interact with the banner.

Filter Analytics by Date Range

You can adjust the reporting period using the date filter in the top-right corner of the Analytics tab.

Available options include:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 days (default)
  • Last 30 days
  • Custom

Use this filter to compare consent activity across different periods. All analytics on the page will automatically update based on the selected date range.

Customize Your Dashboard

You can customize the Cookie Banner analytics dashboard to display only the metrics and reports that are most relevant to your business.

To customize your dashboard:

  1. Click Customize layout in the top-right corner of the Cookie banner section.
  2. Use the toggles to show or hide individual analytics widgets.
  3. Click Save to apply your changes.

This allows you to create a cleaner dashboard by hiding sections you don't need while keeping the insights that matter most to your reporting.

📌 Note: Customizing the dashboard only changes which widgets are displayed. All analytics data continues to be collected in the background.

Reset the Dashboard Layout

If you want to restore the default dashboard layout at any time:

  1. Open Customize layout.
  2. Click Reset.
  3. Click Save to restore the default widget layout.

Use the Reset option if you'd like to quickly revert your customizations and display all default analytics sections again.
