Web Accessibility link - Header/Footer option

For the Web accessibility provided by Consentmo GDPR app, now you have the option to add this as a link in your Header or Footer menus, instead of a widget.

Below you can check the steps on how this can be done.

How to set it?

  1. Go to the Web accessibility tab

  1. Open the Design section

  1. In the Accessibility widget style section select the Accessibility link option

  1. In the CSS selector field, add the selector of the element next to which the accessibility link will be placed

You can get the correct CSS selector form the console of the browser by inspecting the element next to which the Accessibility link will be placed:

  1. Once you copy the correct CSS selector add it in the respective field

  1. Select the positioning of the link, and se if it should be Before **or **After **the **element you added in the CSS selector field

  1. In the next option you can also set the Text for the link as well:

  1. Once all of the above is set, Save the changes and navigate to your store front. In a clear browser check if the changes are applied correctly.

Customizing the link

If for some reason the link does not appear as per your preferences and needs adjustments, this can be done from the Custom CSS option in the Advanced customization section of the accessibility link:
