Can I customize the request pages showing from the request emails?
The pages are fully functional, however, if you are on the Free plan, you cannot change the design of the pages. The customization options for the request pages showing from the request emails are available only in the Plus or Enterprise plans. If you switch to them, you will be able to change the background color, the text color, add custom CSS, and also add your store logo. In addition, you will also be able to add snippets of JavaScript codes (i.e. for analytics or something similar).

You can navigate to this option from the Design tab > Request Page Settings field. Check the below reference:
If you want to upgrade to a Premium plan, click on the Other Settings tab > Upgrade Plan and follow the steps there. You will also get access to other premium features!
