Customize requests Email Messages

For users on the Free plan, the default setting for request emails includes a white background with blue buttons, aligning with Shopify's standard email color scheme. However, by upgrading to either the Plus or Enterprise plans, you unlock the ability to personalize these emails significantly. This customization can enhance your brand presence and create a cohesive user experience.

Upgrading allows for the addition of custom headers and footers, as well as the ability to alter the color of the buttons in the email. This level of customization can be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including compliance-related communications.

To access these customization options, simply navigate to the Design tab in the app settings and locate the Email Template Settings field. Here, you can experiment with different designs to find one that best matches your store's aesthetic.
