How do I upgrade my plan?

To upgrade your plan go to the Pricing tab in your app admin to see the plan you're currently using and the available upgrade options.



This page displays all the features included in each plan, along with tooltips that provide further explanations.

Free Trial Details:

All paid plans come with a 7-day Free Trial.

During this trial period, you can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower one without being charged, as long as the change is made within 7 days of the initial upgrade.

Discounts for Annual Payments:

If you’re looking for a discounted price, check out the Annual Payment options in the Pricing tab. You can easily switch between monthly and yearly views of the plans.



Annual Standard Plan: Save $18 compared to monthly payments.

Annual Plus Plan: Save $48 compared to monthly payments.

Annual Enterprise Plan: Save $78 compared to monthly payments.

Once your plan upgrade is confirmed, you will receive an email with details about the features included in the new plan. Here's an example of the notification:

Important Notes:

Permissions: If you encounter issues while upgrading, ensure that your Shopify account has the necessary permissions. Contact your store admin to verify this. Below is an example of a page you might see if permissions are lacking:

Account-Specific Plans:

Plan upgrades apply only to the specific Shopify account where the upgrade is made.

For instance, if you have multiple stores like my-us-store.myshopify.com and my-eu-store.myshopify.com, an upgrade made on my-us-store.myshopify.com will only apply there.

Currently, cross-account installations are not supported, but we are considering adding this feature in the future.
