I am not able to upgrade the plan. What can I do?

First and foremost, make sure that your Shopify Account has the needed permissions to make such changes to the apps in the store and approve charges. If that is not the case it would be best to check the permissions of your account with the store Admin directly.

If you are having any technical difficulties with changing the plan, or for some reason, you are not able to start the upgrade process from the links available in the emails you may have received from us, you can always do this from the Other Settings tab > Upgrade Plan section of the app, as shown below, and also check this FAQ:
