Privacy Contact Information for your DSAR pages
For the Contact Information part of the DSAR pages, you can set the details directly in the app settings:
Setting the contact information
- Navigate to theSettings tab > Policies section
- Open the DSAR pages section
- In the Privacy Contact Information
- Set the email on which the visitors can reach out to you in case they have data management inquiries
- Set the your company address
Applying the changes to the DSAR pages
- By default, the email that will be set in the Data Protection Officer (DPO) email field will be the email set in the App notification section of the app.
If there is no email address set there, the admin email of the store will be set as a default one.
If any changes are made to either the email or the address of the company, please make sure to update the relevant DSAR pages that contain this information, as shown below:
- If you change the DPO email in the App notifications section, this will trigger another update of the DSAR pages as shown above.
