Understanding the Analytics Section in the Consentmo App
The Analytics dashboard in the Consentmo GDPR app provides valuable insights into how your store visitors interact with your Cookie banner and data privacy tools.
This section updates automatically every 6 hours and helps store owners monitor compliance performance and user behavior.
📌 Note: A 0% consent rate may indicate that visitors are either ignoring the banner or only partially accepting cookies.

By default, the analytics data can be filtered by:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Use this to compare engagement and consent trends over different time periods.

The following sections are available to merchants on the Plus and Enterprise plans and provide deeper insights into user behavior and compliance:
This section tracks the number of user-initiated requests for specific privacy actions:
If the count remains at 0, it means no DSARs were submitted during the selected date range.

Shows which pages users were on when they accepted cookies:
/ → Homepage
/policies/privacy-policy → Your privacy policy page
This insight helps you understand where banner interactions occur most frequently.

Displays the countries where users most commonly interacted with the banner.
This can help you track GDPR compliance and audience demographics.

Consent Rate | The percentage of users who accepted all cookies compared to total interactions. |
Accepted All | Number of users who accepted all categories of cookies. |
Rejected All | Number of users who rejected all cookies. |
Partially Accepted | Number of users who selected only specific cookie categories. |
