Email address for notifications from our app

For an enhanced management experience, our application provides the flexibility to designate a specific email address for receiving notifications, which can differ from the admin email linked to your Shopify account.

These notifications encompass a range of updates, from welcome messages upon app installation to reminders about enabling the cookie bar, and alerts when quota limits are reached or nearly reached, among others.

To customize your notification preferences:

Head over to the General tab and locate the Add Custom Email Address To Receive Quota and General App Notifications option. Here, you can input any email address where you prefer to receive app-related notifications.

After specifying your chosen email, you'll have the ability to decide whether notifications should be sent exclusively to this new address or also to the default Shopify admin email. The screenshot provided below illustrates a configuration set to direct all emails solely to the custom address.

This added layer of customization ensures that you can streamline your workflow by directing app notifications to an email address that is monitored specifically for such updates, thereby keeping your primary inbox less cluttered.
